I haven't heard from my X Factor mentor Cheryl Cole, says Alexandra Burke

Alexandra Burke has opened up about life after 'The X Factor', saying that she hasn't spoken to Cheryl Cole, who mentored her throughout the series, in over a year.

The 24-year-old told the Mirror that she has not seen the former wife of Ashley Cole, nor has heard from her.

Burke, who signed a new management deal two months ago, said that they never had an argument or a "moment" or anything, but she thinks that their relationship has just fizzled out.

Without being bitter, Burke also said that she always wishes well for Cole.
