Instagram, the online mobile photo-sharing, video-sharing and social networking service, will soon disclose as to how many people viewed your video.
The Facebook owned service will display the number of views. In addition, one can also see how many people liked the video and their identity.
The view count will allow the users to know how well their videos are doing with fans and potential customers, in a similar way like on YouTube, cnet.com reported.
Instagram enables its users to take pictures and videos, and share them either publicly or privately on the app, as well as through a variety of other social networking platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr and Flickr.
The service was acquired by Facebook in April 2012 for approximately USD one billion in cash and stock. In 2013, Instagram grew by 23 percent, while Facebook, as the parent company, grew by only three percent.
