The Islamic State is reportedly using "lone wolf" terrorists to carry out cheap and effective attacks in the US.

According to FOX News, Al Qaeda spent less than 1 million dollars on its signature 9/11 attack, but Islamic State has found an even more cost-effective way to strike on American soil - inspiring psychotic sympathizers to commit "lone wolf" attacks that blur the line between random crime and terrorism, say experts.

Experts say the Islamic State is using the Internet to incite American citizens into turning into killers by posting images and videos of severed heads and mutilated bodies.

Grisly photos and video of severed heads and mutilated bodies tweeted out and posted on the Internet, combined with explicit calls to kill, have allowed Islamic State to turn American citizens into weapons

A tweet attributed to Islamic State read asked citizen jihadists to literally search for soldiers and look for their addresses in the Yellowbook and then show up and slaughter them.

The IS, which controls large swathes of territory in Iraq and Syria are actively urging sympathizers to rise up in the US, the report says.
