The security forces had arrested two PoK nationals who had been working for Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) terror outfit and acting as guides for infiltrating groups along the line of control in the Uri sector of Jammu and Kashmir.
In a joint operation by the Army and Border Security Force (BSF), two PoK nationals were apprehended on September 21.
During the investigation, the individuals have revealed their identities as Ahasan Kursheed @ DC, s/o Mohd Kursheed of Khaliana Kalan and Faisal Hussain Awan s/o Gul Akbar of Pottha Jahangir both in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir.
The duo was recruited two years ago by the JeM and was guiding terrorists to infiltrate across the line of control.
The details provided by them are being examined and corroborated by the concerned agencies.
