Jennifer Lawrence is set to star in an upcoming drama based on Silicon Valley founder Elizabeth Holmes, whose blood-testing company Theranos is under federal investigation.
Apparently, the 25-year-old actress has herself volunteered to both star and produce alongside 'The Big Short' director Adam McKay, who is himself writing the film, reports Independent.co.uk.
The movie will bring to screen the notorious tale of Theranos (a blood testing start-up) owned by 32-year-old CEO Holmes.
She hit headlines after the net worth of her healthcare company evaporated from $4.5 BN to zero last week, followed by allegations that the company's blood-testing device gave inaccurate results.
Interestingly, Holmes was named the richest self-made woman by Forbes last year.
