Former 'James Bond' star Sir Roger Moore has succumbed to cancer at the age of 89.
His family confirmed the news through his Twitter handle. The post read, "With the heaviest of hearts, we must share the awful news that our father, Sir Roger Moore, passed away today. We are all devastated."
The actor was born on October 14 in 1927 Stockwell, London, United Kingdom.
The actor was best known for being the third actor to play the British secret agent 'James Bond' in seven feature films between 1973 and 1985.
Some of his best movies include - 'The Spy Who Loved Me', "Live And Let Die', 'For Your Eyes Only.
