Jeremy Renner's estranged wife, Sonni Pacheco is requesting primary custody for their daughter, child support and lawyer fees in divorce, it has been reported.
Pacheco has demanded for primary physical custody but joint legal custody of their 22-month-old daughter, Ava Berlin, claiming that Renner's house was unsafe, People Magazine reported.
The documents cite the household hazards as an unfenced pool area and a gun and weapon collection.
Pacheco also asked for child support, stating that the 44-year-old actor earned 3.4 million dollars in 2014 and has 13 million dollars in assets. In addition, she's requesting 75,000 dollars in attorney fees and 25,000 dollars for additional legal expenses.
The Canadian actress and model has cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split, and said that their prenuptial agreement should be voided because it's based on "fraud.
