Jessica Simpson needs 'help' dealing with this pregnancy condition

American singer Jessica Simpson is having a tough pregnancy.

The 38-year-old singer, who is all geared up to welcome her baby number three any day now, took to her Instagram and shared a snap of her swollen foot.

"Any remedies?! Help!!!!" the "I Wanna Love You Forever" singer captioned the photo, asking for remedies to help with this pregnancy condition.

Her photo prompted a number of her followers to share their experiences and solutions.

While many advised her to drink more water and keep her feet up, others expressed concerned for the mum, as the swelling she's experiencing could be a symptom of pre-eclampsia

'Please go see your OB/Midwife! This is a dangerous sign in pregnancy. Best wishes for you and a healthy baby' recommended a follower.

'My ankles looked like that my second pregnancy and I had preeclampsia. Let your MD and/or midwife know about the swelling and monitor your BP. For discomfort, I felt like ice packs or cold towels felt great,' another commented.

Simpson announced that she is expecting her third child, a baby girl, with husband Eric Johnson in September.

The couple, who tied the knot in 2014, are already parents to daughter Maxwell "Maxi" Drew, and son Ace Knute.
