Jennifer Lopez will debut as an author with her upcoming memoir 'True Love', which will be released in October 2014.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, the news was revealed by Celebra, a division of Penguin Group (USA), and the publisher of the book, whose hardcover edition will be published in English as well as Spanish simultaneously and will be presented like a personal diary with lessons and recollections.
The 44-year-old star said that her book will highlight "one of her life's most defining periods" and writing it had been a deeply cathartic, personal and vulnerable experience.
Celebra publisher Raymond Garcia said that Lopez has entirely invested her heart and soul into every page of the book, whose portion of earnings will go to 'The Lopez Family Foundation' charity, and the story will surely inspire readers around the world.
