Snoop Lion, who has now become something of an icon for supporters of recreational marijuana use, recently posted a video of being fist bumped by the US Secretary of State John Kerry.
The 42-year-old rapper quickly responded by sticking out own fist, and then did a victory dance, the New York Daily News reported.
Snoop posted "Boss life. me n john kerry at d white house !!! #reincarnated #khc."
Snoop Lion was reportedly there on December 8 to honor jazz musician Herbie Hancock, who was one of the 2013 Kennedy Center Honorees.
According to Mediaite, Snoop performed 'Cantaloop (Flip Fantasia),' that had been inspired by Hancock's 'Cantaloupe Island.
