The billion-dollar worth copyright violation lawsuit for 'Mission

Judge Beverly Reid O'Connell said in his order that the case was let go due to lack of prosecution and not being able to fulfill the orders of the Court, Deadline.com reported.

Earlier in January, Timothy Patrick McLanahan had sued the studio and others related to 'Ghost Protocol' claiming that the story was based on his script, but had not submitted required or demanded paperwork to proof his claim.
