Judicial officer Pratap Singh Malik, who was in depression due to alleged false allegation of molestation, has tried to commit suicide by taking sleeping pills.
Malik is additional district judge at the Dwarka Court.
A woman posted at the Dwarka Court had made the allegations against Malik, who stays with his family in the residential area of Karkardooma Court.
Malik was earlier posted as Additional Sessions judge at the Karkardooma Court.
