Justin Bieber has ignored pleas asking him to go to rehab by his mentor Usher and management.
The 19-year-old singer was seen hugging Usher but has so far refused to fly home to Los Angeles for psychotherapy, the Daily Star reported.
The 'Baby' hitmaker has instead fled to Panama with his wild model lover Chantel Jeffries days after his arrest.
