Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Kamal Kanta Batra, who is the mother of the Kargil war martyr Captain Vikram Batra, on Tuesday cited organisational weakness as the reason behind her decision to quit the party.

"I have taken this decision after a lot of thinking. At the start, everything was fine and looked good, but when we got into the details, we weren't satisfied. We are just not satisfied with the organisation," she told ANI here.

Batra had earlier this year unsuccessfully contested the Lok Sabha elections from Hamirpur.
