Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx have sparked dating rumors after it was claimed that the pair had spent time together during the Super Bowl weekend.
A source told the New York Post that Holmes, 35, flew private to California to stay with the 'Django Unchained' star at his house around the Grammys.
The insider asserted that Foxx and Holmes also spent time together during Super Bowl weekend, although they attended the game separately.
The source added that duo is being careful with their relationship because Foxx has a lot of respect for Holmes' former hubby Tom Cruise, who he starred with in 2004 crime thriller 'Collateral'.
However, Holmes' rep has claimed that Holmes visited California to meet a director about a new movie project, not Foxx.
