Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will on Tuesday join the march being held at the Jantar Mantar here in solidarity of Hyderabad University scholar Rohith Vemula, who committed suicide last month.
"Will go to jantar mantar sometime in the afternoon today to express solidarity with Rohith's family n to speak to students," Kejriwal tweeted.
Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi will also reportedly join the march.
Meanwhile, the Jawaharlal Nehru Students' Union has called for a strike and appealed to all the students to join the march being taken out from Ambedkar Bhawan to Jantar Mantak seeking justice for Vemula.
