Kerry Katona has cancelled the plans of her lavish wedding and is looking for a small house after being declared as bankrupt for the second time in five years.

The 32-year-old singer has told her fiance, George Kay and her four children that they would move to a much smaller house from their sprawling mansion, as she could not afford the 3,000 pounds per month rented home, the Mirror reported.

She has also told her friends that she is determined to curb her spending and get back on her feet financially before she ties the knot with Kay.
