NBA star Kris Humphries is reportedly auctioning off former wife Kim Kardashian's 20-carat diamond engagement ring.
Though Humphries is not named explicitly as the seller, sources revealed that the ring, which will be on sale at Christie's auction house in New York City on October 15, is identical to the one the 32-year old reality star wore during her brief engagement and 72-day marriage to the athlete, Us magazine reported.
A representative for Christie's confirmed that the ring which is going to be auctioned is a Lorraine Schwartz creation with a 16.21-carat center diamond and two 1.80-carat side diamonds but didn't disclose the seller's name
According to RumorFix, the ring, which was significantly less than the 2 million dollars when the 28-year old professional basketball player bought it, is expected to fetch between 300,000 dollars and 500,000 dollars at auction.
Humphries and Kardashian got married in August 2011.
