Kuwait attack: Man who drove suicide bomber to mosque arrested

Kuwait's Interior Ministry has announced that the police have arrested the man who drove the suicide bomber to the mosque where 27 people were killed in the bombing.

According to CNN, the Interior Ministry said that earlier a number of people were arrested, including the owner of the car used by the bomber.

However, there are no details immediately available.

The country's Justice and Islamic Affairs Minister, Yaqoub Al-Sanea, called the attack 'a terrorist and criminal act that threatens our security and targets our national unity', the news agency said.
