Jammu and Kashmir Police caught a Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) terrorist of Pakistan origin from Handwara's Magam in Kupwara district of Jammu and Kashmir on Friday.
A rifle and two magazines were also recovered from his possession.
On November 22, one soldier lost his life and two others were injured in an encounter between the security forces and terrorists in Kupwara district.
One terrorist was also killed in the encounter.
A search operation was conducted to locate the remaining terrorists. (ANI)
Further details are awaited in connection with today's arrest.
