Delhi's Lt.Governor Najeeb Jung has directed all principal secretaries, secretaries and Heads of Department (HOD) to be available in their offices from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. every day except Wednesdays to meet the public and listen to their grievances for redressal.
"As per directions of the Lt. Governor of Delhi to all Principal Secretaries/Secretaries/HODs to be available in their offices during 11:00 A.M. to 01:00 P.M. daily in all working days except Wednesday for listening to the problems and grievances of general public and for their redressal, all Principal ecretaries/Secretaries/HODs were available today in their offices in Delhi Secretariat for public hearing and listening the problems of the people for their redressal from 11:00 A.M. to 01:00 P.M," a release said.
A total 16 persons visited the Delhi Secretariat for a meeting with various officers for telling their problems to them and seeking their redressal.
