The Lieutenant Government of Delhi, Najib Jung has ordered the Delhi police to not tolerate any violation of traffic laws on the occasion of Shab-e-Baraat on Friday.
The LG has also appealed to the youngsters to refrain from behaving in an unlawful manner on the occasion and also to the parents to control their children.
From past many years there has been a menace of bikers on the event creating trouble on the streets.
Shab-e-Baraat is celebrated on the fifteenth of every eighth month of the Islamic Calendar. It is one of the most religious nights for the Muslims as on this occasion all over the world they seek blessings of Allah for the year ahead and pray for their departed souls.
