Low intensity earthquake shakes Andaman islands

A low intensity earthquake measuring 5.1 on the Richter scale shook the Andaman Islands on Friday.

The tremors were felt at around 6 am.

This tremor comes close to a week after a massive earthquake, measuring 7.9 on the Richter scale, devastated Nepal and northern India.
