Nick Cannon recently confirmed that he and wife Mariah Carey have been living apart from the past few months.
The 33-year-old star told a source that there was "trouble in their paradise" but it wasn't due to infidelity on his part, and both he and the 44-year-old Grammy award winning singer wanted to put their twin kids Monroe and Moroccan first, no matter what, ABC News reported.
Earlier, Cannon who got married to Carey in 2008, had denied the rumours of their marriage being on rocks, saying that the talks were "humorous" and "far from the truth."
Meanwhile, Carey's publicist said that the singer was putting all her focus towards her kids and her upcoming tour.
