Unbeaten US boxing champion Floyd Mayweather reportedly spent Valentine's Day this year dancing in a room full of strippers, then confirmed the next day that a deal for the much-anticipated bout with Filipino politician and boxer Manny Pacquiao had not been signed yet by either party.

The pound-for-pound best fighter in the world confirmed on Sunday that a contract for the 200 million pounds super-fight had not yet been signed by either party, despite reports to the contrary.

Mayweather and Pacquiao are in talks over a deal for the much-anticipated bout to happen at some point in 2015, but the speculation was quashed as just 'rumours' by the American boxer, the Mirror reported.

Mayweather claimed that the reports are not true, adding that he hasn't signed yet and Pacquiao hasn't signed yet.

Mayweather insisted that it's just been speculation and rumours, but added that hopefully they can make the fight happen.

But Mayweather is continuing to live his champagne lifestyle, despite the ongoing talks about the fight and instead of going out for a romantic meal or a couple of quiet drinks, he spent Valentine's Day in a room full of strippers as he partied with his friends, the report added.
