Meet the man who gets 'turned on by farting'

A US man has bizarrely admitted to being sexually aroused by people who pass wind.

The 22-year-old man from Illinois, America has revealed that he is not sexually attracted to flatulence per se, but the person releasing the flatulence, the Sun reported.

A Brit psychologist has studied the world's first recorded case of "eproctophilia" in the man, who has been given the fake name Brad.

Eproctophiles are said to spend an abnormal amount of time thinking about farting and flatulence and have recurring intense sexual urges and fantasies involving farting and flatulence.

Brad told the publication that he experienced eproctophilia for the first time when he heard a girl he fancied at school had passed wind.

He said that it just blew his mind as hearing that the girl he had been fawning over was capable of such a thing sparked a strange interest in him.

He first tested out his obsession as a 16-year-old after he heard a pal pass wind in front of him.

Brad admitted to enjoying both the sound and smell of flatulence.
