Mel Gibson walked out of the court victorious after being allowed to take his daughter Lucia to Australia for one month.
The 59-year-old actor went to court after he and his former wife Oksana Grigorieva were at loggerheads over whether the five-year-old could go to Australia with the 'Mad Max' star or not, reported TMZ.com.
Sources reveal that the 45-year-old European singer is working to become a better co-parent with her husband.
Moreover, it is being said that the 'Braveheart' actor is extremely involved in his daughter's life due to which the judge has continually increased his custody of Lucia over the years.
