Miley Cyrus recently gave her support to 'Free the Nipple' campaign by posting a topless pic on Instagram.
The 'Wrecking Ball' hitmaker created an online sensation when she posted the pic on the photo-sharing app, TMZ.com reported.
The 22-year-old singer also posted a series of mocked up and disturbing images of topless Hannah Montana to push the message which has also been touted by Chelsea Handler, Rumor and Scout Willis, and Cara Delevingne.
