Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Monday met the State-Level Bankers Committee (SLBC) officials in Bhopal.
In the meeting, Chouhan discussed about the development of poultry house, cattle house, dairy farming and green house.
He also sought ways in order to provide farmers easy loans, not only for crops but for fisheries, poultry, goats and other businesses.
"We have also discussed on women empowerment and how to support them financially," Chouhan said.
The Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister said that the farmers should be provided with easy cashless transaction options, adding that they should be made aware of various state and Centre schemes meant for farmers.
He further added that now we will overcome the problems as the banks are going to help us.
