Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mufti Mohammed Sayeed will inaugurate the three-day annual festival of Ladakh, Singhey Khababs Sindhu on Friday.
The festival, which is celebrated on the banks of the Indus River, gives different glimpses of Ladakh, its local traditions and culture.
The celebrations were first held in 2001 to promote Ladakh as a tourist destination.
