A biography titled 'V.B. Raju - A Visionary Leader', was presented to President Pranab Mukherjee at a function at Rashtrapati Bhavan here.
Speaking on the occasion yesterday, Mukherjee described V.B. Raju as a freedom fighter, an able administrator and a champion of the causes of the common man.

He said Raju was a leader who influenced the course of history of the Telugu-speaking people by fighting for freedom during the liberation movement in the erstwhile Nizam's domain.
