A new Bill Cosby accuser has come forward and claimed that the star had drugged her and licked her toes at the Playboy Mansion in 2008.
Chloe Goins has said that she was only 18 when she met Cosby, 77, during a party at the Playboy Mansion six years ago, where the comedian gave her a drink after which things "went a little foggy," TMZ.com reported.
She added that she woke up naked in a bedroom to find Cosby sucking her toes and masturbating, and on asking what he was doing, Cosby supposedly ran out of the room.
Goins, who's a model and stripper, hadn't filed a police report but if she does go to police, her case would fall within the statute of limitations for sexual assault in California and criminal charges could be filed.
