So what is it like being hated by the world? Ask capital city of India, New Delhi, which has been named as one of the world's ten cities people hate the most.

Travel site A Luxury Travel Blog, has churned out a list of ten cities around the globe having a darker side based on travelers' experience.

According to news.com.au, the top most hated city is ironically Paris associated with romance and charm, but people find Parisian waiters extremely rude, the extremely long lines to the Louvre Museum are difficult to handle, dog poop is everywhere, and the list goes on.

Following Paris is Tijuana in Mexico, much hated for its crime rate, drug screenings at the US border, and prevalence of disease.

However, it is New Delhi in India, which despite being the capital of the nation and an adventurous place, has been labeled by travelers as 'Scam City', thanks to the numerous rip-offs that can befall visitors.
