Tamilisai Sounderrajan, who was elected as the BJP state president of Tamil Nadu on Saturday, said that solving the trouble of Tamil people would be the first thing on her agenda.
Sounderrajan thanked party president Amit Shah and other leaders for choosing her to represent the state. She said that she would put the trouble of Tamil people on her agenda first to be resolved.
"I am very happy. I am very thankful to our national president and to my party for giving me an opportunity. I will show my gratitude towards my party", she added.
"It is an opportunity for me to strengthen my party in Tamil Nadu. I want to solve the fishermen's problem and will work along with our senior leaders to solve this problem", said Sounderrajan.
