Newly crowned Miss Teen USA alleges to be victim of cyber crime
Miss Teen USA 2013, Cassidy Wolf, has claimed that she has been a victim of an online extortion plot and cyber stalking.
The California native told Today.com that 4 months ago she received an email from a stranger who claimed he'd hacked into her computer's webcam to take private photos of her in her bedroom, the New York Daily News reported.
Wolf asserted that she wasn't aware that somebody was watching her on her webcam and the light (on the camera) didn't even go on, so she had no idea.
