How often does Nirmal Lifestyle hold events like these? How was the response from residents and buyers? Does Nirmal Lifestyle have any more events planned for the future?
We recently organized a meet to educate potential customers about our new concept 'Smart Series'. We told them how one could remain fit by using simple tools in spite of a busy urban lifestyle and received quiet a good response at this event. We've always believed that it is extremely important to think of the entire lifestyle and emphasise on providing complete lifestyle solution towers instead of just sell four walls of a flat. We wanted to present the 'Smart Series' concept in different manner to customers.
Besides offering a refreshing change for the residents of the complex, do these events also attract potential buyers?
Giving a firsthand experience of any new concept plays an important role in attracting potential buyers. Building a lasting relationship is extremely important. Today customers are seeking a different approach from builders. So it's important to arrange small creative events and gatherings to attract them. It also provides us an important platform to interact with them on a personal level and get an idea about their expectations and aspirations.
