Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar will be meeting Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday to discuss financial issues of the state with him.
According to sources, the Bihar chief minister will also raise the demand for Special Category Status for Bihar.
Kumar is also expected to submit the all-party memorandum to the Prime Minister at today.
