Condemning the Nuclear Missile test by the North Korea, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that there is 'no alternative to political and diplomatic ways' to resolve the situation on the Korean peninsula.
"We condemn nuclear missile adventure of North Korea but hysteria is not just an impasse but disaster," he said while addressing the 72nd General Elections of the United Nations.
"There is no alternative to political and diplomatic ways to resolving situation on Korean peninsula," he added.
North Korea on September 3 tested hydrogen bomb that sent a wave of panic to all nations.
With no effect of external pressures on North Korea, the United Nations, in a desperate bid to stop the country from unleashing the deadly missile, imposed strong sanctions targeting its remaining major exports and reducing about 30 percent of oil provided to it.
