Sara X, who was criticized by people claiming that her routine was fake, said on a Facebook post that while her boobs are very fake, the video is very real, as she is flexing her muscles, which is moving her implants, Huffington Post reported.
The video, which has gone viral, has already crossed 1.9 million views on YouTube.
