One Direction band members believe Cowell will be a "great dad"

One Direction band members have reportedly come out in support of their mentor Simon Cowell in wake of the news of his impending fatherhood, saying that they believe he will be a "great" dad.

Bandmates Niall Horan, Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson, and Liam Payne spoke about the recent baby news and extended their support to the soon-to-be dad, with Tomlinson agreeing that the X-Factor judge will be a good dad, Horan saying that Cowell is a "nice, great guy" and Styles adding that he is going to be a "great dad", Us Magazine reported.

The 'Syco' boss, who is expecting a baby with pregnant gal-pal Lauren Silverman, due in February 2014, flew back to London from his Mediterranean holiday for the premier of the band's movie 'This is Us'

The boy band, which finished third in the X Factor competition, rose to fame under the 53-year old music mogul's guidance and become an international sensation.
