Oprah Winfrey, one of the richest women on the planet, has opened up about how people approach her to borrow money.
The 60-year-old TV personality told TMZ.com that people ask her for money based on how much they think she's worth, ABC News reported.
For instance, when she earned 22,000 dollars a year, people asked for 50 dollars, and when she got 50,000 dollars, they needed 500, she said.
Now nobody needs less than 50,000 dollars, added Winfrey.
Winfrey regained her top position as the most powerful celeb on Forbes' 14th annual list of 100 power players last year, thanks to her cable network OWN and a reported 77 million dollar earnings.
