Oprah Winfrey is all set to recur in 'Greenleaf,' which is premiering on the Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN) in 2016.
'Greenleaf ' follows a Greenleaf family, which sits at the head of megachurch Greenleaf World Ministries. Keith David will play Bishop James Greenleaf and Lynn Whitfield will play his wife, Lady Mae, Entertainment Weekly reported.
The drama is produced by Lionsgate and OWN's official description reads "Like so many megachurches in America, Greenleaf World Ministries is more than just a house of worship. It's a home. But beneath its steeple lies a den of iniquity."
Winfrey is one of executive producers along with Clement Virgo and writer Craig Wright.
