After best actor, picture and director, here is our pick of the top five best-dressed celebrities at this year's Oscars red carpet.

As the stars were arriving for the 89th Academy Awards on the red carpet, celebrity fashion took its most glamorous and romantic turn as this is the time for the designers to showcase their finest frocks on the world's most high profile women.

Emma Stone, Ruth Negga, Hailee Steinfeld,

Isabelle Huppert and own very own desi girl Priyanka Chopra looked incredible.

Starting from 'Best actress' Emma Stone, who wore a gold Swarovski crystal-embroidered Givenchy Haute Couture gown designed by Riccardo Tisci.

The dress features gold and bronze Swarovski crystals embroidery and cream-to-bronze degrade crystal fringes.

Ruth Negga

Nominated for Best Actress for her role in 'Loving', Ruth Negga looked beautiful in her Valentino lace dress in long-sleeve, ruby red gown styled by Karla Welch.

With accessories from Irene Neuwirth crown and earrings covered in Gemfields rubies, the actress looked stunning.

Hailee Steinfeld

Actress Hailee Steinfield best known for her roles in movies like 'Pitch Perfect' and 'True Grit' looked jaw-droppingly beautiful. Wearing a high-neck gown by Ralph & Russi crafted from grey silk organza and finished with 3D floral applique along with crystal embellishment.

Priyanka Chopra:

Priyanka Chopra, turned heads by gracing the red carpet in white Ralph and Russo gown.

The 'Quantico' star was seen sporting a column gown with perfect sleek hair, nude lips, drop earrings and chunky bracelet.

Isabelle Huppert

Last, but not the least, nominated for best actress for her role in 'Elle', Isabelle Huppert dazzled on the red carpet in a long sleeve, embellished off-white gown designed by Armani Prive with dark nails and lips and a bejewelled Repossi ear crawler.
