Pakistan's Mamond tribe on Wednesday announced the formation of a militia to fight against terrorists in Bajaur Agency.
Mamond tribesmen have decided to organize a peace group against militants in order to recognize attackers who had killed three security personnel, reports the Dawn.
According to sources, the Pakistani authorities had given a time limit to Mamond tribesmen within which they had to hand over the suspects or an operation had to be launched.
The tribesmen offer complete cooperation with the authorities and are reportedly meeting the security commanders to ensure that they were supportive.
These developments are taking place as operations in Pakistan's North Waziristan continue.
