Paul McCartney has admitted that yoga is the secret to his fitness in his 70s.
The Beatles legend revealed that in his 60's he learned that yoga was an actual base of fitness as it not only provided inner strength but also gave flexibility, the Mirror has reported.
He added that he does it every day and it kept him fit.
The 74-year-old singing legend, who is a father of five and grandfather of eight, also shared that his daily fitness routine includes a bit of cross-training, a bit of running, cardio, lifting some weights, some abs on the Swiss ball, ending with few stretches on the mat and standing on his head.
McCartney even advised his fans to try yoga as it strengthened one from inside.
