After taking over the West with a storm and wooing the Indian audience, Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra is all set to make her debut as a producer with Bhojpuri film 'Bam Bam Bol Raha Hai Kashi' under her production banner Purple Pebble Pictures.
According to the popular daily Mumbai Mirror, the 33-year-old actress has started her own production banner named Purple Pebble Pictures and the very first film to release under the same is Santosh Mishra's directorial 'Bam Bam Bol Raha Hai Kashi'.
Interestingly, her production house will be venturing more into regional cinema.
"The romance-drama is the first of a string of films PPP is producing this year in an effort to promote regional cinema," the popular daily quoted the actress' spokesperson as saying.
The premier of this film will be held in Patna on June 9 in the presence of the 'Barfi!' actress.
PeeCee will also be donning the producer's hat for a Marathi and Punjabi film each under her home production.
