Victoria Beckham recently visited South Africa with AIDS charity Born Free to show her support for the efforts being made by the organisation towards eradicating HIV transmission from mother to child by 2015.
The fashion designer met with many HIV-infected mothers and kids and listened to their stories, the Mirror reported.
The former Spice girl also posted several snaps from her trip where one showed her surrounded by infants and other showed her talking to infected expecting women.
The mum-of-five also said that seeing all of the sick children was very upsetting, however, she realized how truly blessed she is for the health of her own children.
