Pro-Govt. tribal elder killed in TTP blast

A pro-government tribal elder has been killed in a blast in Bajaur tribal agency's Chamarkand tehsil in Pakistan.

According to the Dawn, the blast occurred due to a planted improvised explosive device (IED) which killed tribal elder Malik Gul Rahim.

Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has claimed responsibility for the blast.
