Hollywood action star Steven Seagal has gone gaga over Russia's President Vladimir Putin, calling him one of the best leaders in the world.
Deagal said Putin is 'one of the greatest living world leaders', adding that he is 'a friend, and would like to consider him a brother'.
According to the Washington Times, 61-year-old Seagal has made several appearances with Putin to promote a healthier and more active lifestyle for youth, as the Russian leader has in recent months pushed for the government-run schools to return to old Soviet-style physical evaluation programmes for students
Seagal has also slammed America for its policy on Ukraine in a TV interview.
He said that despite being an American, and loving his country, the White House is idiotic for its current Ukraine policy.
