Manchester United striker Radamel Falcao, who is playing on loan from Monaco at Old Trafford for a season, has equaled Colombia's national scoring record after firing the 24th goal for his country.
Falcao drew level with Arnoldo Iguaran's record by scoring a penalty in Colombia's 3-1 win over Kuwait.
It was the striker's third goal in two friendlies in the Middle East, having fired two in Thursday's 6-0 win against Bahrain, the BBC reported.
The loan deal for Falcao, who has four goals in 22 games for United so far this season, at the Old Trafford outfit, worth 2,65,000 pounds-per-week, would expire at the end of the season, when the club must consider about taking up a 43.5 million pounds option to buy the striker, the report added.
